On 17 February 2016, through the Government Decision, mrs. Veronica Vragaleva was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance.

2003 - 2007: The Academy of Economic Studies, Bachelor (Licentiate) in Economics, Finance, Taxation and Financial Administration specialization

October 2012 - February 2016: Head of Direct Taxes Methodology and International Taxation Department, The Main State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of Moldova;

September 2010 - July 2011; September-December 2015: Lecturer at Finance deanship and Master School of Economics and Business, The Academy of Economic Studies;

August 2010 - februarie 2016: scientific researcher, The National Institute of Economic Researches;

July 2007 - October 2012: superior tax inspector in the Department of Methodology of Tax Administration, The Main State Tax Inspectorate.
